    How Stressed Are You?

    MENTALLY
    Do you sometimes find it difficult to relax?
    Would you describe yourself as a born worrier?
    Do you always seem to be in a hurry?
    Do you ever feel like packing it all in and running away?
    Do you find yourself getting frustrated a great deal?
    Do you often wish you had less responsibility?
    Do you ever suffer from feelings of panic?
    Do you often become irritated with friends and family?
    Do you need sleeping tables or any sort of medication to cope?
    Do you let others run your life for you?

  • 7 to 10 checked;
    You are extremely susceptible to stress, pressure, anxiety and worry.
  • 4 to 6 checked;
    You are less susceptible but would benefit from learning how to relax your mind.
  • 3 or less checked;
    You are fairly strong, but even so, relaxation will be beneficial to you.

    PHYSICALLY

    When you are angry, does your face ever go red?
    Do you sometimes get butterflies in your stomach?
    Does your pulse ever race when you are excited?
    Do you get headaches when you are tense?
    Do you ever develop a rash when you are upset or excited?
    Do you ever suffer from palpitations?

    When you are excited do you ever have difficulty breathing?
    When you are anxious, do you perspire?

    Indicates that your body is particularly susceptible to stress and pressures.
  • 3 to 6 checked;
    You are about average.
  • 2 or less checked;
    You are less vulnerable to physical problems actually produced by stress than most people.
